LKGA Unites with B&TT
Recently, along side of Bonefish and Tarpon Trust, LKGA’s Capt. Will Benson, Capt. Dale Bishop, and Capt. Diego Rouylle addressed Commissioners in Tallahassee. This meeting was to establish a no fishing closure at Western Dry Rocks during permit spawning season. The loss of spawning fish due to predation is simply not sustainable for the fishery.
Through Costa’s Project Permit, isotope testing and acoustic tagging were methods used to research Western Dry Rocks permit aggregation. For further information, visit this link HERE.
